Recently, I created a series of photographs entitled: "Sleepwalk" since they were created in a dream state.
When I awoke the next morning, the camera was filled with these beauties.
I love the simplicity of drawing, and the complexity of photography.
Photography nurtures my love for equipment. My old film cameras include a Leica M2, and a Nikon F3,
and my digital cameras are a LumixFZ10, a Canon G9, and a Canon 40D.
My latest works:
"Sleepwalk" and "MacDowell Lake" were created by a master printer at Renaissance Press - a fantastic world class digital imaging studio run by
Paul Taylor and Kiersten Hanna.
All my ink drawings are done using ball-point pen.
Pyrogravures, miniature sepia-toned sketches upon wood, are done entirely with a heated stylus.
