Inspired by the energy and creative possibilities in the studio, I feel that anything can be accomplished! Personally, I push the envelope and challenge myself to try something out of my comfort zone. That's how we grow! Since I love the process as much as the finished piece I enjoy the freedom of experimentation. Reflecting my personality my work is spontaneous, whimsical and free. I try to incorporate a sense of humor into my work, often making people smile. At the same time, my work is polished, controlled and technically sound. I create pieces with distinct formas with clean lines. I am free and loose in my concepts yet disciplined in techniques. While the precision of Italian glass making has influenced me, I believe there is on right or wrong way for an artist to create a piece. It's about being creative and being challenged.
